A chapter adopted to establish comprehensive zoning regulations for the Borough of Catawissa, Columbia County. A chapter regulating the location and use of buildings, structures, and land for business, industry, residence, and other purposes; the height, appearance and size of buildings, the size of yards, and the density of population; creating districts for said purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used therein; providing for administration, enforcement and amendment; and providing for the imposition of penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter. These regulations are hereby established and shall hereafter apply.

This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Catawissa."
