ARTICLE VI

Schedules

§ 345-21 Schedule; regulations.

[Amended 8-10-1981 by Ord. No. 257; 8-10-1987 by Ord. No. 292]
The following schedule of area and bulk requirements is made a part of this chapter. The regulations included in said schedule are hereby established as minimum regulations of this chapter;[1] municipal facilities deemed necessary and appropriate by the governing body of the Borough of Catawissa are hereby exempted from such requirements.
