ARTICLE XI

Legal Status Provisions

§ 345-41 Conflict with other provisions.

A. 
When the provisions of this chapter specify more restrictive standards than required by any other statute, the requirements of this chapter shall govern.
B. 
Whenever the provisions of any other statute requires more restrictive standards, the provisions of such statute shall govern.

§ 345-42 Severability.

Should any section or part of a section or any provision of this chapter be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

§ 345-43 When effective.

This chapter shall take effect and be in force upon its adoption as provided by law.[1]
