The ordinance codified in this title shall be known as the Cave Junction zoning ordinance.

Consistent with the controlling provisions of ORS Chapter 227, and under the authority of the Cave Junction Charter, land use zoning shall be governed by the provisions of this title.

The purpose of this title is to: (1) provide procedures for dividing of Cave Junction into districts and to provide requirements pertaining to such districts in accordance with the Cave Junction comprehensive plan; (2) to protect and promote the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Cave Junction; and (3) to implement the Cave Junction comprehensive plan.
