Each five points earned for non-residential development shall qualify for an 0.10 additional FAR. Cinco Bayou has a maximum Floor area ratio of .39 for one story buildings used in example below.

EXAMPLE:

Maximum Intensity/acre -	.39 (FAR)
Bonus Points Awarded -	12
FAR Increase Factor -	12 divided by 5 = 2.4
Bonus Percentage Factor -	2.4 X .10 = .24
New Maximum FAR -	.24 +.39 = .63 FAR/acre
