7.06.01

Compliance.

A.

No building shall be erected, reconstructed or structurally altered, nor shall any building or land be used which does not comply with all the district regulations established by this Code for the district in which the building or land is located.

B.

No building shall be erected, reconstructed or structurally altered to exceed the height or bulk limits herein established for the district in which such building is located.

C.

The minimum yards and other open spaces, including the intensity of use provisions contained in this ordinance for each and every building existing at the time of the passage of this ordinance, or for any building hereafter erected or structurally altered, shall not be encroached upon or considered as yard or open space requirements or intensity of use requirements for any other building.

D.

Every building hereafter erected shall be located on a lot or parcel recorded in the records of Okaloosa County.

E.

The uses of all buildings and property publicly owned and engaged in the performance of a public function may be permitted in any district, provided, however, that such use is not obnoxious or detrimental to the health and welfare of the town.
