List. The commercial and industrial zoning districts are listed in Table 15-1. When this UDO refers to "commercial" or "industrial" zoning districts or to "C" or "I" districts, respectively, it is referring to these districts.

Purposes. Commercial and industrial zoning districts are intended to accommodate and promote neighborhood, community- and region-serving commercial uses, as well as industrial and employment uses.

Principal uses are allowed in commercial and industrial districts in accordance with 17.30.010 (Table 30-1).

Table of Regulations. Residential uses allowed in C and I districts are subject to the RM district regulations of Table 10-2. All other principal uses and structures in C and I districts are subject to the lot and building regulations of Table 15-2, except as otherwise expressly stated in this UDO. General exceptions to lot and building regulations and rules for measuring compliance can be found in Chapter 17.85. Additional regulations governing accessory uses and structures can be found in 17.30.030.
