Editor's note(s)—CB-47-1996 provided that any dwelling unit constructed pursuant to a building permit issued prior to January 21, 1997, for the construction of a Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit shall be deemed in compliance with Subtitle 27 and shall not be considered to be a nonconforming structure or use. CB-47-1996 further provided that the zoning regulations pertaining to net lot area, lot coverage and green area, lot width or frontage, and yards applicable to any lot or dwelling to be constructed in the R-55 or R-80 Zones pursuant to a preliminary plat of subdivision that included a requirement for the provision of Moderately Priced Dwelling Units approved on or before January 21, 1997, shall be the minimum standards set forth on the approved preliminary plat, detailed site plan, and final plat. Any dwelling unit constructed in accordance with the standards approved on the preliminary plat shall be deemed in compliance with Subtitle 27 and shall not be considered to be a nonconforming structure or use.
