Agricultural Zones

Section 405.560 Agricultural Zones Defined.

Agricultural Zone. Allowable Agricultural Zone uses shall be:
Agricultural Zone. Any designated open space as set forth in this Code. Any agricultural use, including, but not limited to, dwellings, maintenance/storage buildings and other such uses necessary for agricultural use and any public land or other similar public recreational use.

Section 405.570 Bulk Regulations.

The minimum area, setbacks, density and maximum height shall be as prescribed in Table 402.1. No parking requirements are necessary for agricultural uses. Parking for other allowed uses shall be required by Article XVIII of this Chapter.

Section 405.580 Special Use Exceptions.

A. 
General. The following uses are considered as a special use within the Agricultural Zone and shall follow the procedure outlined by Article XXI of this Chapter:
1. 
Animals. Any agricultural operation housing more than twenty (20) animals or fifty (50) fowl.
2. 
Husbandry. A plant nursery, either wholesale or retail, covering three (3) or more acres and any similar type of operation.
B. 
Licenses. The granting of a special use does not relieve the applicant of State or Federal environmental or safety regulations.
