(a) | For churches or places of worship, the tower/steeple height shall not exceed seventy-five (75) feet with a maximum building height of forty-five (45) feet. |
(b) | The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall not be less than four thousand two hundred (4,200) square feet. |
(c) | The minimum lot area per dwelling unit shall not be less than three thousand (3,000) square feet. |
(d) | When lot backs to same zoning (Multiple-Family) or to less restrictive zoning, the minimum rear yard may be reduced to twenty (20) feet for each lot. |
(e) | Refer to Section 405.620, Yard Variance for Corner Lots, for particular lot restrictions. |
(f) | For lots of record before date of the adoption of this Code. Use ten percent (10%) of the lot width or five (5) feet, whichever is less. |
(g) | Lots on streets that are sixty percent (60%) developed will be allowed a setback equal to the average of the existing structures. |
