In addition to the specific regulations set forth in this title and the development standards set forth in or adopted by this code, development standards in the CH district shall include:
(1) Minimum setbacks: Street frontage—none, but ten feet if abutting an R district; side and rear—none, but twenty feet if abutting an R district;
(a) For wireless communication facilities, minimum setbacks of forty feet from all property lines shall be required;
(2) Maximum building height: No limit;
(3) Off-street parking in accord with Chapter
17.20;
(4) Site review: Site review, in accord with Section
16A.06.030, is required for each new use and expansion of an existing use; and
(5) Landscaping: Must be shown on the site plan.
