Off-street parking is as follows for the uses indicated:
Auditoriums, theaters, stadiums, sports arenas and other places of public assembly: One space for each four seats and one space for each one hundred square feet of floor area used for assembly and not containing fixed seats.
Banks: One space for each three hundred square feet of gross floor area. If a drive-up window is provided, parking may be reduced to one space for each four hundred square feet of gross floor area. Additional review will be given to assure stacking vehicles will not impede traffic movement on the public right-of-way.
Bowling alleys: Four spaces per alley.
Business, professional and governmental offices: One space for each four hundred square feet of gross floor area, plus additional spaces for auditoriums or places of public assembly, if applicable.
Churches, mortuaries and funeral homes: One space for each four seats.
Dance halls, skating rinks and other commercial recreational establishments without fixed seats: One space for each one hundred square feet of recreation area.
Grocery, meat, fruit, drugs, liquor and similar uses: One space for each two hundred square feet of gross floor area.
Hospitals: One space for each five hundred square feet of gross floor area plus one space per employee.
Hotels, motels, tourist homes, dormitories and rooming houses: One space per sleeping unit.
Manufacturing: One space for each one and one-half employees, or one space for each one thousand square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater.
Medical and dental clinics: One space for each two hundred square feet of gross floor area, plus one space for each employee.
Motor vehicle sales and service including service stations: One space for each one thousand square feet of gross floor area plus one space for each employee, with a minimum of four spaces.
Restaurants, bars, taverns and nightclubs: One space for every four seats.
Restaurants, drive-in: One space for each auto-serving lane plus one space for every four seats outside the vehicle. Additional review will be given to assure stacking of vehicles will not impede vehicle movement on the public right-of-way.
Schools: One space for each employee K-7 and one space for each employee plus one space for each six students 7-12.
Unlisted uses: The building official will fix parking requirements for any unlisted use based on similarity with listed uses.
Warehouse: One space for each three thousand square feet of gross floor area, or one for each employee per working shift, whichever is greater.
Wholesale stores: One space for each one thousand square feet of gross floor area, plus one space for each employee per working shift.
