03 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED
§ 17.03.010 Districts created.
The following zoning districts are established:
U (Urban Reserve)
RL (Residential, Low Density)
RM (Residential, Medium Density)
RMD (Residential, Mixed Dwelling)
RH (Residential, High Density)
RMP (Residential, Mobile Home Park)
CD (Commercial, Downtown)
CG (Commercial, General)
CH (Commercial, Highway)
IL (Industrial, Light)
IH (Industrial, Heavy)
PF (Public Facility)

§ 17.03.020 Zoning map.
The boundaries of the established zones will be drawn on a map entitled "zoning map of the city of Connell." A certified copy of the adopted map and its current amendment will be maintained in the office of the city clerk.

§ 17.03.030 Zone boundaries.
Unless otherwise specified, zone boundaries will follow section lines, subdivision lines, lot lines, center lines of streets, alleys or railroad rights-of-way, or such lines as extended.

§ 17.03.050 Moratoria and interim development regulations.
Provisions in RCW 36.70A.390 apply to moratoria or interim development regulations.
