17.58.020 Regulations relating to cannabis cultivation facilities.
A. No cannabis cultivation facility may be located or operate at a location within the city's zoning jurisdiction except as provided in this title. A cannabis cultivation facility is a permitted principal use in the following zoning district: I (Industrial).

A. No cannabis dispensary may be located or operate at a location within the city’s zoning jurisdiction except as provided in this title. A cannabis dispensary is a permitted principal use in the following zoning districts: HC (Highway Commercial), CB (Central Business), and M (Medical).

17.58.060 Distance measurement for regulations in this chapter.
For the purposes of required separation per this chapter, measurements shall be made in a straight line in all directions, without regard to intervening structures or objects, from the nearest point on the property line of a parcel containing a cannabis establishment to the nearest point on the property line of a parcel containing public or private school. 17.58.070 Prohibited use and penalty.
It is unlawful to own, manage, or operate any cannabis establishment in any zoning district(s) other than the zoning district wherein such cannabis establishment is specifically permitted by the criteria of Title 17 of this code.
