Part 3 addresses the special zoning districts created by the city. Each of the subparts is devoted to a separate special zoning district, as follows:

Subpart 3: Design District Overlay

Subpart 4: Port Everglades Development District (PEDD)

Subpart 5: Planned Mixed-Use Development District (PMUD)

Subpart 6: Planned Small Lot Mixed-Use Development District (PMUD-SL)
