ARTICLE IV
Establishment and Designation of Districts
§ 100-17 Establishment of districts.
[Amended 11-4-2020 by L.L. No. 3-2020]
For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the Village of Dannemora, the Village is hereby divided into the following districts:

R3 | Residential 3 |
R3-M | Residential 3, Manufactured Home Parks |
COM | Commercial |
TR | Transition |
MX-1 | Mixed Use — 1 |
MX-2 | Mixed Use — 2 |
§ 100-18 Zoning Map.
Said districts are bounded as shown on the map entitled "Zoning Map of the Village of Dannemora," which, with all explanatory matter, is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 100-19 District boundaries.
A.
Unless otherwise indicated on the Zoning Map, the district boundary lines are intended generally to follow the center lines of streets, the center lines of railroad right-of-way existing lot lines, the mean water level of streams and other waterways, of boundary lines, all as shown on the Zoning Map.
B.
In case of uncertainty as to the true location of a district boundary line in a particular instance, the Zoning Officer shall request the Zoning Board of Appeals to render its determination.
