ARTICLE 31

Frontage

§ 375-31.1 General Residence, Single Residence A and Single Residence B Districts.

The requirements of this article for Single Residence A, Single Residence B and General Residence are to be found in Article 7, Single Residence A Districts, Article 8, Single Residence B Districts, and Article 10, General Residence Districts*.

Such increase in frontage in Single Residence B Districts shall not apply to a lot for single-family residential use which on September 28, 1982, was not held in common ownership with any adjoining land and had less than 200 feet, but at least 40,000 square feet of area and 150 feet of frontage.

§ 375-31.2 General Business and Office Park Districts.

Lots in General Business and Office Park Districts shall have a minimum of 150 feet frontage on a through public way.

§ 375-31.3 Limited Industrial and General Industrial Districts.

The minimum frontage of lots in Limited Industrial Districts and General Industrial Districts shall be 150 feet.

§ 375-31.4 Neighborhood Business and Limited Business Districts.

Lots in the Neighborhood Business and Limited Business districts shall have a minimum of 100 feet of frontage on a through public way.

§ 375-31.5 Maritime Industrial District.

The minimum frontage of lots in Maritime Industrial Districts shall be 150 feet.
