In general this Bylaw is supplementary to other laws and bylaws affecting the use, height and area of buildings, structures and premises. Where this Bylaw imposes a greater restriction upon the use, height and area of buildings, structures or premises than is imposed by other provisions of law or bylaws, the provisions of this Bylaw shall control.
