ARTICLE 32

Percentage of Lot Covered

§ 375-32.1 Residential uses.

The requirements of this article for Single Residence A, Single Residence B and General Residence are to be found in Article 7, Single Residence A Districts, Article 8, Single Residence B Districts, and Article 10, General Residence Districts.

§ 375-32.2 General Business District.

Within any General Business District, total impervious cover by buildings, paving, walks, or canopies shall not exceed 65% of gross lot area.

§ 375-32.3 Office Park District.

Within any Office Park District, total impervious cover by buildings, paving, walks, or canopies shall not exceed 50% of gross lot area.

§ 375-32.4 Limited Industrial District.

In Limited Industrial Districts, all uses on a lot shall not cover more than 65% of the entire lot. Landscaped areas are not to be included in the 65% calculation.

§ 375-32.5 Lot or building changes.

No lot, or the building or structures thereon shall be changed in size so as to violate the provisions of this Bylaw.

§ 375-32.6 General Industrial District.

In General Industrial Districts, all uses on a lot shall not cover more than 65% of the entire lot. Landscaped areas are not to be included in the 65% calculation.

§ 375-32.7 Neighborhood Business District.

Within any Neighborhood Business Districts, total impervious cover by buildings, paving, walks, or canopies shall not exceed 65% of gross lot area.

§ 375-32.8 Maritime Industrial District.

Maritime Industrial District: All uses on a lot which include, but are not limited to, buildings, driveways, parking areas, storage areas, impermeable surfaces, etc., shall not cover more than 50% of the entire lot.
