Prohibited Uses

§ 255-86 Dog and cat breeding for research facilities.
A.
Facilities which breed, possess or maintain on the premises dogs and cats for sale for research purposes are prohibited in the Town of Delton.
B.
Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

Medical, surgical or chemical investigation, experimentation or demonstration.
