ARTICLE V

Multiple-Residence Districts

§ 350-25 Permitted uses.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. III)]
The following shall be permitted uses in Multiple-Residence Districts:
A. 
All uses permitted in RA and RB Districts, subject to all the provisions specified for such districts.
B. 
Multiple-family dwellings.
C. 
Fraternity and sorority houses.
D. 
Hospitals, sanitariums, rest homes and similar uses.

§ 350-26 Lot area.

Lot area shall be at least 10,000 square feet with at least 100 feet of street frontage for the initial dwelling unit and at least 1,000 square feet of additional lot area and at least 10 feet additional frontage for each additional dwelling unit. Maximum frontage required by this section shall be 250 feet.

§ 350-27 Lot coverage.

All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 30% of the area of the lot.

§ 350-28 Yard requirements.

Each lot shall have front, side and rear yards with depths and widths of not less than the following:
A. 
Front yard: 40 feet from the street right-of-way.
B. 
Side yards: each equal to the height of the building.
C. 
Rear yard: equal to twice the height of the building.

§ 350-29 Distance between buildings on same lot.

No principal building shall be closer to any other principal building than the average of the heights of said buildings.

§ 350-30 Automobile parking space.
