ARTICLE VI
Commercial Business Districts
§ 350-31 Uses permitted.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. III)]
The following shall be permitted uses in Commercial Business Districts:
A.
All uses permitted in any residential district subject to all the provisions specified for such residential district.
B.
Stores and shops for conducting retail business.
C.
Hotels and motels.
D.
Personal service shops.
E.
Banks or other monetary institutions.
F.
Business or professional offices.
G.
Bus stations.
§ 350-32 Uses permitted upon issuance of a special permit, as provided in Article XI.

The following are permitted upon issuance of a special permit, as provided in Article XI:
A.
Restaurant or other place for serving food.
B.
Garages and filling stations.
C.
Mobile home parks.
D.
Event space.
E.
Community center.
§ 350-33 Yard requirements.
Each lot shall have a front yard of at least 50 feet measured along the edge of the street right-of-way. A building may be built on the side and rear lot lines, provided it does not abut a street. There shall be a minimum distance of 10 feet between any building and street right-of-way.

§ 350-35 Outdoor storage prohibitions.
There shall be no outdoor storage of rubbish or refuse.
