This zone is designed to provide for one or two family dwelling units on lots of small to moderate in size.

The space limits are as follows:

1. 8.5.1
   Minimum lot area: Five thousand (5,000) square feet per dwelling unit for residential buildings containing one dwelling unit. Residential dwelling units containing two (2) dwelling units shall have a minimum of six thousand (6,000) square feet: one (1) acre for religious or cultural uses.

   Minimum width of lot: sixty feet (60’).

   Maximum height of building: thirty-five feet (35’).

   Minimum front yard: thirty feet (30’).

   Minimum rear yard: twenty-five feet (25’).

   Minimum side yard: two feet (2’).

   Minimum side yard on street side of corner lot: ten feet (10’).
