ARTICLE VIII

UR3 Neighborhood Residential District

§ 230-39 Permitted uses.

Buildings may be erected, altered or used and land may be used for any of the following purposes and none other:
A. 
Any use permitted in a UR1 Urban Residential District or a UR2 Medium Residential District.

§ 230-40 Required lot area.

The minimum lot area shall be 10,000 square feet. The minimum width of a lot shall be 75 feet, and the minimum depth of a lot shall be 100 feet.

§ 230-41 Front yard requirements.

There shall be a front yard, the depth of which shall be at least 25 feet from the property line.

§ 230-42 Rear and side yard requirements.

There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which shall be at least 10 feet, there shall be two side yards, one on each side of the main building, neither of which shall be less than 10 feet wide.

§ 230-43 Additional provisions.

The regulations set forth in this article are supplemented or modified by the provisions contained in the following articles:
