16 - RESIDENTIAL-MOBILE HOME DISTRICTS
The following uses are permitted in the residential-mobile home district:
A.
Any use permitted in the residential districts and mobile homes, trailers and trailer parks.
B.
Any portion of a residential-mobile home district that becomes a mobile home park shall comply with provisions set forth in the city of Gilman mobile home park ordinance.

All lots in the residential-mobile home district shall have a frontage of at least fifty feet, and shall be a minimum of seven thousand five hundred square feet in area.

The minimum distance from the front of the mobile home to the front property line shall be twenty-five, and in addition, on corner lots there shall be a minimum of twenty-five feet from the mobile home to the street line other than the front lot line.

The side yards for mobilehomes shall be a minimum of ten feet on each side.

The minimum distance from the rear of the mobile home to the rear lot line shall be twenty-five feet.

Mobile homes or trailers installed or placed on a lot in the residential-mobile home districts shall meet the following requirements:
A.
Mobile homes or trailers shall be placed on their lot as the building inspector shall direct;
B.
Mobile homes or trailers shall be firmly anchored to the ground;
C.
Mobile homes or trailers shall be grounded in accordance with safe electrical standards and no electrical line shall pass over by three feet any portion of the structure;
D.
There shall not be more than one mobile home or trailer per lot.

All single-family dwellings, mobile homes and trailers shall provide at least one off-street parking space. All multiple-family dwellings and apartment buildings shall provide at least two off-street parking spaces per unit in residential mobile home districts.
