32 - HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS
Uses permitted in the heavy industrial district are as follows:
A.
All uses permitted in the residential district;
B.
All uses permitted in the business district;
C.
All uses permitted in the light industrial district;
D.
All uses not excluded in Section 18.32.020.
E.
Special Uses. The following special uses may be permitted in specific situations in accordance with the procedures outlined herein, but only in the area bounded by the Canadian National Railroad tracks on the east, the TP&W tracks on the north, and all property located in the city limits to the west and south thereof, which is zoned heavy industrial districts.

Adult-use cannabis dispensing organization.
2.
Adult-use cannabis craft grower organization.
3.
Adult-use cannabis infuser organization.
4.
Adult-use cannabis processing organization.
5.
Adult-use cannabis transporting organization.

Uses prohibited in the uses which are dangerous because of highly combustible or inflammable materials used or manufactured, or which cause the emission or accumulation of flames, dust, offensive refuse, smoke, odors, or gas which injures or impairs the public health, safety and wellbeing or cause damage to trees, shrubbery, crops, lawns, buildings, or structures.

In heavy industrial districts there shall be sufficient off-street on road parking provided to accommodate the vehicles of the employees and the establishment and sufficient loading, unloading and service space.
