The owner and operator of a new or expanding recreational vehicle park shall be subject to periodic compliance hearings before the city planning commission. Following issuance of a conditional use permit, the planning commission may periodically review the operation of an RV park in order to determine its compliance with length-of-stay and operational requirements.
The recreational vehicle park owner shall submit to the city complete and accurate visitor records, as well as reasonable additional information requested by the planning division or planning commission. The park owner shall pay all costs associated with the compliance hearings including a compliance audit, staff time, and other costs incurred by the city as a result of compliance review.
