Notes:

  1. Must be found to be proposed in a similar residential dwelling as allowed in the Zoning District.
  2. Shall not be located closer than 10 times (10x) the minimum lot width, required in the Zoning District, from any other Residential Facility for Persons with a Disability, as measured from the closest property line to the closest property line.
  3. Shall not be located closer than 10 times (10x) the minimum lot width, required in the Zoning District, from any other Therapeutic School, as measured from the closest property line to the closest property line.
  4. No new single-family or two-family homes are permitted on properties abutting Main Street or Highway 89.
  5. Self-storage units are only permitted on a property which has a primarily retail, or other, non-storage related, commercial use. The storage units must be located at least 200 feet from Main Street or a State Highway and comply with all applicable site development standards.
  6. Retail Sales and Services in the RC zone must be located on properties adjacent to or within 200 feet of Main Street.
  7. Minor Manufacturing in the RC Zone is only permitted between 200 East and 600 East along Highway 89 and must be located within 200 feet of the Highway.
