Removal and site restoration plan required. The applicant shall submit a removal and site restoration plan and removal and site restoration plan cost estimate to the Town of Hamburg Planning Board for its review and approval. The restoration plan shall identify the specific properties it applies to and shall indicate removal of all buildings, structures, wind turbines, access roads and/or driveways, foundations to four feet below finished grade, road repair costs, if any, and all regrading and revegetation necessary to return the subject property to the condition existing prior to establishment of the commercial WECS. The restoration shall reflect the site-specific character, including topography, vegetation, drainage, and any unique environmental features. The plan shall include a certified estimate of the total cost (by element) of implementing the removal and site restoration plan.
