Interior lots. A private garage may be erected upon each building side to house no more than two automobiles and may only be located two feet away from a side lot line and five feet from the rear lot line; and such garage shall not exceed in size 18 feet in width by 22 feet in depth. Under no circumstances shall a garage be erected that extends beyond the building line of the adjoining property. No shed, shack, lean-to, extension or other structure may be erected against said garage or residential unit or any other portion of the building site, except as provided for in this chapter. Any garage so erected shall be of brick or frame construction with a hip or gable composition shingle roof. Any brick or frame siding shall conform to the color, size, type and design of the similar materials used in the residential unit erected on said lot.
