Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days or both in the discretion of the court. Each day or part thereof that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
