All territory which may be hereafter annexed to the City of Indian Harbour Beach shall be reviewed by the planning and zoning board prior to the annexation and said board shall recommend appropriate zoning districts to the city council. The city council shall establish and include the appropriate zoning district classifications for the annexed land as a part of the annexation procedure. The zoning map shall be amended to show the approved zoning district classification at the time the annexation becomes effective.
