All property within the City of Indian Harbour Beach, whether private, public, or submerged, shall have a use district classification.

Whenever any street, alley, canal or other public way is vacated by official actions of the council of the City of Indian Harbour Beach, or where land is built up by fill upon areas formerly under water, the previously established use district and area regulations shall continue.
