In each zone district, land and structures may be used only for the purposes provided under permitted uses, section 11-30, except those uses listed under conditional uses, section 11-30, may be reviewed under the terms and conditions of section 11-25. In addition to the requirements of this Zoning Chapter, the regulations of the Airport Zoning Ordinance must also be adhered to. In instances where the Zoning Chapter and Airport Zoning Ordinance are in conflict, the Airport Zoning Ordinance shall take precedence.
