CONSERVATION DISTRICT

§ 27-901 CV Conservation District.

1. 
Intended Purpose. The regulations for Conservation Districts are designed to perpetuate the wooded, natural, undeveloped and unimproved areas of the Township.
2. 
Principal Permitted Uses.
A. 
Animal husbandry, commercial (§ 27-1203, Subsection 5).
B. 
Antennas mounted on an existing public utility transmission tower, communications equipment buildings, existing building or other existing structure subject to § 27-1210.
C. 
Crop production.
D. 
Forestry and forest reserves, fish and game refuges, and similar conservation uses.
E. 
Group homes (§ 27-1218).
F. 
Hunting/fishing clubs or camps.
G. 
Recreational buildings and recreational uses as may be approved by the agency, authority, or municipality having jurisdiction.
H. 
Short-term rental (§ 27-1014)
I. 
Single-family detached dwellings.
J. 
Stables, private (§ 27-1203, Subsection 2).
3. 
Accessory Uses. Customary accessory uses and buildings incidental to any of the uses allowed in the CV District, including:
A. 
Animal husbandry, home use (§ 27-1203, Subsection 5).
B. 
Decks and porches.
C. 
Family day care homes (§ 27-1213).
D. 
Garages and carports.
E. 
Home occupations (§ 27-1004).
F. 
No-impact home-based businesses (§ 27-1003).
G. 
Off-street parking required by § 27-1005.
H. 
Raising of garden crops for domestic purposes, and the occasional or casual sale of products therefrom.
I. 
Signs permitted in the CV District by Part 17.
J. 
Solar energy systems, accessory (§ 27-1007).
K. 
Storage buildings, greenhouses, swimming pools accessory to the principal use.
L. 
Wind energy systems, accessory (§ 27-1007).
M. 
Other customary uses and buildings, provided that such uses are clearly incidental to the principal use.
4. 
Special Exceptions.
A. 
None.
5. 
Conditional Uses.
A. 
Communications towers, antennas and communications equipment buildings (§ 27-1210).
B. 
Wineries, farm.
