This district is established to permit areas of land to be used for the burial of the human or animal dead and dedicated for cemetery purposes, including crematories, mausoleums and mortuaries if operated in connection with and within the boundaries of such cemetery.

Structures to be erected or land to be used shall be for one of the following uses:

a.

Burial plots.

b.

Memorial markers.

c.

Mausoleums.

d.

Mortuaries.

e.

Crematories.

Such other accessory uses which are not prohibited and which are customarily accessory and incidental to any permitted use, such as fences, ornamental shrubs and buffer trees or shrubs.
