Section 16.01 - Fee Schedule

The City Council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges, and expenses for applications for permits and certificates, amendments, appeals and other matters related to this chapter. Until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid, no action shall be taken on any application or appeal. All fees shall be made payable to the City of Kenner. The fee schedule is hereby established as follows:

Alienation	$200 for first acre, $100 per every acre thereafter not to exceed $5,000
Amusement Centers	$300
Board of Zoning Adjustments	$150
After-the-Fact Variance Fee	$600

City Maps	24" x 36": $12 per page
Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment	$500
Conditional Use	$300 for first two acres, $175 per acre thereafter not to exceed $6,000.
Conditional Use Amendment	Major: $300 Minor: $100
General Advertising Sign	$300
Hazardous & Obnoxious Use	$500 for first two acres, $100 per acre thereafter.
Planned Unit Development (PUD)	$300 for first two acres, $175 per acre thereafter not to exceed $6,000.
Planned Unit Development Amendment	Major: $300 Minor: $100
Resubdivision (Lot Consolidation)	$200
Research/Zoning Interpretation	$50 per hour
R1-P (Planned Unit Development)	$300 for first two acres, $175 per acre thereafter not to exceed $6,000.
