PD-1 DISTRICT
5-6-1: PERMITTED USES:
The following uses are permitted in the PD-1 District:
Single-family detached dwellings, which conform to the standards of the R-1 District.
5-6-2: SPECIAL USES:
The following uses may be allowed by special use permit in the PD-1 District:
Planned large-lot residential, business, or office park developments complying with the provisions of Title 5, Chapter 14.
Church.
