PD-3 DISTRICT
5-8-1: PERMITTED USES:
The following uses are permitted in the PD-3 District:
Single-family detached dwellings, which conform to the standards of the R-1 District.
5-8-2: SPECIAL USES:
The following uses may be allowed by special use permit in the PD-3 District:
Planned large-lot residential, cluster and townhome, or office park developments complying with the provisions of Title 5, Chapter 14.
Church.
