17.185 Certificate
of Zoning

17.185.010 Purpose.
It is the purpose of this chapter to provide an authorized method of notifying property owners requesting information and persons affected by land use district changes of the zoning district status of real property, on specific dates. [Ord. 83-19-O §1, 1983. Formerly §17.63.010].
17.185.020 Certificate of zoning.
The certificate of zoning shall state the zoning of a specified parcel of land on the date of its issuance and have attached a complete description of the land use district regulations which apply. [Ord. 83-19-O §1, 1983. Formerly §17.63.020].
17.185.030 Issuing authority.
The certificate of zoning shall be issued by the community development department. [Ord. 83-19-O §1, 1983. Formerly §17.63.030].
17.185.040 Issuance upon request.
The community development department shall provide, upon request, a certificate of zoning to any property owner. [Ord. 83-19-O §1, 1983. Formerly §17.63.040].
17.185.050 Issuance following zoning changes.
The community development department shall provide a certificate of zoning to each property owner affected by a zoning change. [Ord. 83-19-O §1, 1983. Formerly §17.63.050].
