Violation of the provisions of this title or failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute a misdemeanor and such violation shall be punished as provided by the statutes of the state for the commission of a misdemeanor. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 583 §2.32(A)(1), 1980).
The owner or tenant of any building, structure, premises, or part thereof, any architect, builder, contractor, agent or other person who commits, participates in, assists in, or maintains such violation may each be found guilty of a separate offense and suffer the penalties herein provided. (Ord. 583 §2.32(A)(2), 1980).
Nothing herein contained shall prevent the city from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation. (Ord. 583 §2.32(A)(3), 1980).
