Lisbon is hereby divided into districts designated as follows:   †

      A-1 –   Agricultural

      R-1 –   Low-Density Single-Family Residential

      R-2 –   Medium-Density Single-Family Residential

      R-3 –   Multiple-Family Residential

      R-4 –   Mobile Home Park Residential

      R-5 –   Row Dwelling and Condominium Dwelling

      R-6 –   Planned Unit Development

      C-1 –   Central Business Commercial

      C-2 –   Highway Commercial

      C-3 –   Office and Service Commercial

      I-1 –   Light Industrial

      I-2 –   Heavy Industrial

      P-1 –   Public Use

   The locations and boundaries of these districts are shown on the Official Zoning Map, which, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Official Zoning Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, attested by the City Clerk, and bearing the Seal of the City under the following statement: This is to certify that this is the Official Zoning Map referred to in Ordinance No. _____ of the City of Lisbon, Iowa, passed March 8, 2004. The Official Zoning Map, or a true copy of the same, shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be final authority as to the correct zoning status of the land, water areas, buildings, and other structures in the City.
