The purpose of the Unclassified District is to provide a district for any area within the City which is not designated as being included in any other district and for any newly annexed area until such time as the Commission and Council apply a specific district.

All uses which conform generally to the adopted land use element of the General Plan, as it applies to the specific area, shall be permitted in the Unclassified District; provided, however, a use permit shall first be secured for any use established in the district.

Minimum building sites, lot widths, and yards required in the Unclassified District shall be as provided in the use permit.
