MR-1 MULTIPLE-FAMILY

DISTRICT

§ 154.110 DISTRICT DEFINED.

   The MR-1 Multiple-Family Residence District is established to stabilize and conserve existing neighborhoods that predominantly consist of multiple-family dwellings and to promote the development of comparable new areas in order to accommodate all persons desiring this type of residential environment.

§ 154.111 LOT AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Every principal building in the MR-1 District shall conform to the requirements indicated below:

   (B)   Detached single-family and two-family dwellings erected in the MR-1 District shall comply with all applicable regulations of the MR-1 District.

§ 154.112 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses shall be permitted in the MR-1 Multiple-Family Residential District:
   (A)   Daycare center;
   (B)   Duplexes;
   (C)   Multiple-family dwellings;
   (D)   Solar ground- and roof-mount; and
   (E)   Any use permitted in the SR-2 District (see § 154.098).

§ 154.113 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in the MR-1 District by special use permit in accordance with § 154.083:
   (A)   Churches and related religious facilities;
   (B)   Community solar gardens;
   (C)   Home occupations, but only in conformity with the requirements of § 154.193;
   (D)   Nursing homes;
   (E)   Quick shop;
   (F)   Schools; and
   (G)   Utility substations.
