13.29 Public

Buildings And Substations

13.29.010 Location

The location and arrangement of Public Buildings and Public Utility Substations and Structures will comply with requirements set forth in this Chapter and will be in accordance with construction plans submitted to and approved by the Planning Commission.

13.29.020 Minimum Lot Area And Size

  1. Public Utility Substations - None
  2. Public Buildings - Not less than 20,000 square feet

13.29.030 Minimum Setbacks

Each Public Building and Public Utility Substation shall meet the minimum yard requirements for a dwelling in the zone in which it is located.

13.29.040 Street Access

  1. Each Public Building shall have frontage on a public street.
  2. Each Public Utility Substation shall be located on a lot that has adequate access from a street, alley, right-of-way, or easement.
