Contractor's services | 1 for every 500 square feet of gross floor area |
Extended-medical-care facility | 3 for every 1 bed |
Financial institutions and services | 1 for every 150 square feet plus 4 vehicle stacking spaces per drive-through area |
Fuel station | 1 for every 100 square feet of store and business office space plus 4 vehicle stacking spaces per pump island |
Indoor storage and warehousing | 1 for every 500 square feet of gross floor area |
Industrial use | Determined by the Planning Board upon site plan review |
Mixed-use building | As shall be calculated based upon actual uses |
Motor vehicle services | 4 for every bay or repair station. Each bay or repair station may be considered as a parking space. |
Personal and professional services | 1 for every 150 square feet of gross floor area |
Residential | 2 per dwelling unit |
Restaurant or tavern | 1 for every 60 square feet of gross floor area plus 4 vehicle stacking spaces for any drive-through window |
