General Business District
§ 175-12 GB District use regulations.
The purpose of the General Business (GB) District is to provide areas for commercial activities.
Uses permitted by right:
Ambulance services.
Appearance enhancement services.
Art and photographic galleries and studios.
Commercial indoor entertainment.
Commercial indoor lodging.
Commercial outdoor entertainment.
Dry cleaners and laundries.
Financial institutions and services.
Liquor stores, with a minimum distance of 500 feet from any other liquor store.
Mixed-use dwellings.
One-family, two-family and/or multifamily dwelling units.
Personal and professional services.
Private schools.
Private and public parking lots and garages.
Professional offices.
Restaurants and taverns.
Retail sales, provided that gross floor area does not exceed 5,000 square feet.
