The purpose of this district is to provide areas for industrial processes which are conducted entirely within an enclosed building and which do not emit any odor, noxious fumes or degraded air emissions, smoke, noise, heat, vibration, glare or radiation that is detectable at the property line and that do not pose a significant public safety or health hazard or significant adverse effect to the natural environment.
