CHAPTER 17

30 - INDUSTRIAL I-1 AND I-2 ZONES

17.30.005 - [Purpose and intent.]

There is established the I-1 and I-2 industrial zones, standards and regulations by which certain land uses may be permitted therein.

17.30.010 - Industrial development standards.

Industrial development shall meet the standards shown in Table 17-5.

(1) When a lot in the I-1 and I-2 zone is located within one hundred (100) feet to a residential zone, with no intervening street or alley, the permissible number of stories and the maximum height of buildings shall not exceed that allowed in the adjacent residential zone.
