Table 17-1 indicates permitted, conditionally permitted and prohibited uses in the various zone districts. Permitted uses are allowed as a matter of right. Because of considerations of traffic, noise, lighting hazards, health and environmental issues, certain uses may be permitted subject to conditions. For the purposes of this section the following apply:
